We are hiring for the year 2026 shutdown project on the Kilpilahti industrial area. In the role you will be responsible for guarding hot work, monitoring that work in confined spaces is carried out according to safety instructions and regulations, and, if needed, also assist with building maintenance tasks. The work runs in September 2026, with shifts mainly from Monday to Saturday and one shift lasting 10 hours. Duties include guarding hot work and monitoring work in confined spaces, ensuring site safety and compliance with safety instructions, and assisting with maintenance tasks as needed. We offer thorough onboarding and the training required for the position, a friendly work community and team support, and weather-appropriate work clothing. We expect from applicants a responsible, proactive and energetic attitude, good cooperation skills and vigilance, valid fire and hot-work permits, and Finnish language skills and own car to facilitate commuting. Salary is determined according to the collective agreement and is 13.22 €/h.
