An à la carte chef on your own? Join Pancho Villa in Vaasa! Pancho Villa is known for its relaxed restaurant atmosphere and tasty dishes. We are now looking for an experienced à la carte chef to strengthen the Vaasa restaurant team for a paternity-leave replacement and the summer season. We are looking for a chef who enjoys the fast pace of kitchen work and can take responsibility for their own shift. In this role, you will work with a varied selection of à la carte dishes as part of a skilled restaurant team. The employment begins at the end of November and is expected to continue until around August. It may be possible to work orientation shifts on weekends before the actual start. The average number of working hours is about 70 over three weeks. In spring, especially in April and May, the number of hours may temporarily be somewhat lower. The pre-Christmas season, early part of the year and summer season offer at least the average number of hours, and often more. Finnish language skills are considered an advantage, but you can manage well at work in English too. Previous à la carte experience is most important, as weekday shifts are often worked independently.
