Frontend Web Developer

Join Eight Sleep as a Frontend Web Developer Engineer. We’re hiring to move fast on eightsleep.com, shipping landing pages, running high-volume A/B tests, and keeping analytics and conversion funnels sharp on a high-traffic storefront serving customers around the world. This is a hands-on, high-velocity role where you turn ideas into shipped experiments and see them go live within days. Responsibilities include building marketing pages, running end-to-end experiments, building scalable template systems, owning the analytics stack, optimizing conversion, maintaining SEO and accessibility, and building for a global audience. Requirements include strong React and Next.js experience with TypeScript, 5+ years in front-end development (preferably in growth/marketing/ecommerce), attention to detail, hands-on product analytics (Amplitude or similar), Google Tag Manager and GA4, web performance and accessibility, data privacy awareness, AI-enabled workflow, and a bias toward shipping quickly. Bonus points for SEO/AEO, internationalization, server-side tracking, Tailwind/CSS design-system work, headless CMS familiarity, and media-asset optimization.
