As a restaurant worker/customer service representative at Huuva, you are key in ensuring our customers are greeted warmly and with a positive attitude. You also help ensure our kitchen operates at top efficiency. After completing all role-related training, you will be part of a team led by our restaurant manager. Your daily tasks include greeting and guiding customers, assisting with ordering terminals, packing and serving dishes, communicating with delivery partners, maintaining hygiene and quality standards, fostering good team spirit, and assisting the kitchen team when needed. We expect you to have excellent communication skills in Finnish and English (the working languages at Huuva), a hygiene passport, a alcohol license, a passion for creating world-class customer experiences, be a great team player, handle stress well, be adaptable to a tech-oriented and fast-paced environment, and have valid work permission in Finland.
