Atria is seeking a target-oriented and proactive Sales Negotiator to manage beef sales and develop customer relationships in Seinäjoki, Finland, on a permanent basis. Your core tasks include active telephone sales, building solutions tailored to customers’ needs, and handling beef orders in a timely and proactive manner. You will work closely with account managers and logistics, and participate in beef procurement. The role is fast-paced and varied, requiring the ability to react quickly while maintaining a structured, purposeful approach. You will influence customers’ daily operations and profitability as part of the whole food chain from farm to table, and you will see the results of your work in customers’ production. We are looking for someone who has agricultural education (e.g., agronomist / AMK-agronomist); strong negotiation and communication skills; goal-oriented and active sales mindset; initiative and responsibility; ability to work under pressure; systematic and swift work style with the ability to manage multiple tasks; courage to discuss, influence, and make decisions; understanding of beef cattle farming is a plus.
