Job Description
Ookla is seeking a highly organized, process-driven, and commercially-minded Order Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day order operations for all products across our direct and indirect sales channels. In this role, you will be the critical link between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations. You will establish and enforce scalable processes that accelerate our order-to-revenue cycle, ensuring high-quality CRM data, driving contract compliance, and managing crucial customer onboarding and RFP workflows. The ideal candidate is fully versed in revenue recognition principles and contracting nuances, acting as a strategic partner to maximize revenue efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end order processing, designing operational workflows, enforcing CRM data integrity, supporting RFP and contract management, and ensuring revenue recognition compliance. Requirements include 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce, strong knowledge of contracting frameworks, and proven process-building skills. Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end order processing lifecycle for all Ookla product lines across both direct sales and indirect channels.
- Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows to reduce friction and promote faster revenue recognition.
- Partner with Sales to enforce CRM data integrity, contract compliance, and accountability.
- Streamline vendor intake, customer onboarding, and security documentation.
- Support RFP management and ensure timely submission of operational data.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and Quote-to-Cash/ERP software
- Strong knowledge of contracting frameworks and revenue recognition principles
- Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes
