Ookla is seeking a highly organized, process-driven, and commercially-minded Order Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day order operations for all products across our direct and indirect sales channels. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end order processing, designing operational workflows, enforcing CRM data integrity, supporting RFP and contract management, and ensuring revenue recognition compliance. Requirements include 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce, strong knowledge of contracting frameworks, and proven process-building skills.
