About the role
At Sofigate, we help organizations transform business and technology together. We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Consultant to join our Platforms business stream. You will work with customers to design and implement solutions, translate business goals into technical requirements, and support their digital transformation journeys. The role involves working across the full lifecycle of platform delivery, applying modern methodologies like Agile and DevOps, and staying ahead of platform and AI advancements.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for clients
- Translate business goals into technical requirements
- Work across full platform delivery lifecycle
- Apply Agile, DevOps, and proof-of-concept methods
- Support customer success through advisory and optimization
- Stay updated on platform and AI advancements
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow and cloud solutions
- Strong understanding of platform architecture and integration
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, and proof-of-concept approaches
- Knowledge of AI concepts and tools like Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, or ServiceNow AI modules
- Fluency in English and Swedish
