Responsibilities
- advise supervisors on HR questions
- direct HR inquiries to specialists
- prepare HR-related decisions for top management and ensure payroll progression
- support timekeeping systems and reporting
- participate in timekeeping system development
- handle HR processes like A1 certificates, conscription, service years
- act as Workday administrator substitute
- coordinate meetings and events
Requirements
- Experience in HR tasks or processes
- Knowledge of collective agreements and municipal sector is a plus
- Ability to independently solve HR questions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and organize work
- Clear and fluent communication
- Collaborative mindset
- Good digital skills and willingness to adopt new HR systems
