RESPONSIBILITIES: MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL KEY ACCOUNTS: Expand Red Bull reach and improve in-store execution towards Red Bull Perfect Store Standards; Execute distribution on priority packages; Ensure schematics reflect Red Bull standards; Aggressively sell Red Bull’s strategic vision; Customize presentations; Develop annual promotion schedule; Create POS materials; Evaluate ROI; Build plans addressing gaps. BUSINESS ANALYSIS: Evaluate ROI on pay-for-space; post-promotion analysis; BUSINESS REVIEWS: Conduct quarterly business reviews; Share examples of Red Bull marketing activities; ENERGY INSIGHTS to drive change; COMMUNICATION WITH FIELD TEAMS: Keep teams informed and connected.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years Sales experience (or equivalent category management experience) with a strong track record of success, preferably in beverage, CPG, or FMCG industries or within a DSD operation
- Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources (i.e. Nielsen, IRI)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Creative, solution-oriented mindset
- In-depth knowledge of FMCG industry
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience with SAP preferred
- Knowledge of regional major accounts operation, an asset
