Sauna Host, Lapland Hotels Ounasvaara Chalets

StaffPoint is seeking a Sauna Host for the WNTR sauna at Ounasvaara Chalets for the winter season 2026-2027. The Sauna Host collaborates with other departments and managers at Ounasvaara Chalets. Responsibilities include heating the sauna, maintaining cleanliness, warming and serving food, serving alcohol, guiding customers, ensuring customer safety, snow and yard work, maintaining the reservation system and WNTR sauna email, cash register duties, and managing social media. Work is independent and success requires good organization skills. Genuine interest in sauna culture, outdoor skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit are beneficial. The role involves sauna maintenance and is mostly outdoor work. The season begins in November and lasts until April. Work hours are approximately 90 hours every three weeks, mainly evening shifts.
