Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary contact for customers from deployment through daily use.
- Providing technical support and training so customers can adopt and use Cadmatic Outfitting effectively in their projects.
- Advising customers on practical use of Cadmatic Outfitting in piping, machinery layout, and outfitting design workflows.
- Solving technical questions and troubleshooting complex issues in daily use.
- Running training sessions both remotely and at customer sites.
- Participating in the sales process as a technical software expert and delivering software demonstrations.
- Turning customer feedback into clear and actionable input for product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- A marine, mechanical, or shipbuilding-related background is preferred.
- 3+ years of practical experience in shipbuilding, outfitting design, engineering, and/or 3D CAD.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. marine industry, with naval environment experience a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles and ability to build trusted relationships.
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., C++) is a plus.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. Visa sponsorship is not available.
