Mission Neko Health seeks to redefine prevention by combining proprietary technology with direct clinical care so that people stay healthier longer. This role is multi-site and involved in launching new clinics across the country, then narrowing to a defined region (8–15 locations) with growth. The position is based in or around Miami, FL and requires on-site presence; it is not remote. Responsibilities include standing up vendor programs, preventive maintenance, site walks with construction partners, managing vendor/contractor performance across locations, negotiating contracts, conducting audits for brand standards, using a CMMS for repairs, managing the facilities budget, liaising with landlords, reviewing lease language, and escalation for facilities issues. You will support clinics during emergencies, be available nights and weekends, and may travel 10–25% to support openings elsewhere. Minimum qualifications include 5–8 years of hands-on facilities management across multiple sites, technical knowledge of MEP/building systems, ability to read drawings, experience managing vendor relationships, CMMS proficiency, health and safety program experience, and willingness to relocate to Miami-Dade/Broward, with strong communication and adaptability. This is a Full-time position.

Responsibilities
- Stand up vendor programs and preventive maintenance schedules for new clinic locations
- Walk new sites with construction partners ahead of opening
- Manage vendor and contractor performance across multiple locations
- Source and negotiate vendor contracts for some service categories
- Execute agreements for centrally negotiated contracts for others
- Conduct routine audits of open clinics to meet brand standards
- Utilize CMMS to track repairs and maintenance
- Own the facilities budget and report monthly spend
- Work with landlords to stay compliant with lease terms
- Review lease language for repairs and maintenance
- Respond to facilities issues across the portfolio
- Be available for emergencies including nights and weekends
- Support clinics through emergencies as they happen
- Travel 10–25% to support openings as needed
- Based in or willing to relocate to Miami-Dade or Broward County
- Strong communication and independent work style
- Operate in a rapidly moving environment
