ANALYST, MIDDLE OFFICE: We are looking for an analyst for the Middle Office where data, analytics and Elon’s strategy meet. The Middle Office within the analytics unit is part of the investment process and day-to-day finance operations. The Middle Office handles, among other things, investment reporting, valuation and limit monitoring, and produces analyses to support investment decisions. We continuously develop our tools, automation and procedures using modern technologies and AI. We search for a person who enjoys learning, takes initiative and wants to be actively involved in building better solutions. In this role you will enable pension assets to be invested responsibly and profitably and support investment activities. As an Analyst in the Middle Office you will play a central role in the investment process and work with illiquid asset classes such as real estate and alternatives. Your key responsibilities include: maintaining valuation data and coordinating the valuation process; working together with portfolio management for your asset class; investment reporting and analytics to support investment activity; developing processes, tools and ways of working for smoother operations. The path to success includes a few years of experience in investment operations, analytics, data management or other financial sector specialist roles. Experience in controller, reporting or analytics roles supports success. You understand investment markets and are especially interested in illiquid investments; you are proactive, independent and solution-oriented; you move things forward with purpose and work carefully; you hold a higher university degree (e.g., KTM, MBA or equivalent).
