We are seeking a Store Manager for our Helsinki-Kyläsaari recycling store to join our organization on a permanent, full-time basis. As the Store Manager you will lead your store in line with the company’s strategy, values and set goals and ensure those targets are achieved. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop store operations and serve as an inspiring example to a diverse staff. Environmental responsibility is at the core of our work and you will take care of it comprehensively. You will not work alone but closely cooperate with other units of Kierrätyskeskus and the field manager and you will be part of the store operations leadership team. Do you feel excited? We expect from the new store manager: solid experience in retail and in sales leadership; business know-how, results‑oriented and entrepreneurial attitude; strong communication, interaction and collaboration skills; excellent people management skills in a diverse work community and ability to motivate your staff to provide the best customer service; ability to manage the whole and implement changes in a constructive spirit; excellent resilience, solution‑oriented and positive attitude; genuine interest in circular economy and environmental work; at least lower university degree or another suitable qualification; willingness to work at different stores in the Helsinki metropolitan area as needed; fluent Finnish speaking and writing and ability to communicate in English; good IT skills and readiness to adopt new software. We use Microsoft 365 and Teams daily.
