Trainee: Electrical Engineering Leadership

We are seeking an electrical engineering leadership trainee to join our team in the Helsinki metropolitan area for approximately one year in a fixed-term and part-time employment. The trainee will assist in property services related to building services, under the guidance of project managers, and will gain hands-on experience in tasks such as bid calculations, maintenance reporting, fault investigations, repair proposals, as well as organizing and staffing works. You will work under the supervision of experienced professionals and gain practical workplace skills in a pleasant work environment. The position involves varied tasks that will broaden your competence, and you will get a solid start in the field. Our property services handle the electrical maintenance tasks of shopping centers, hotels, and commercial and office properties. Our responsibility is to ensure the technical functionality and energy efficiency of customer properties, as well as comfortable conditions for end users. We expect the following from the applicant: active electrical engineering university studies, general understanding of building services, a proactive and eager work attitude, collaboration skills, and customer service skills.
