The job involves maintenance and turnover cleaning of residential apartments, including organizing and arranging beds within the Rovaniemi area. Employees move independently between work sites, so a driver’s license is essential; own car is a plus. The work may also include other cleaning and organizing tasks, such as carpet tamping, cleaning saunas and windows, office cleaning and organizing, as well as linen service. There may also be outdoor area maintenance for residential properties. Environmental values are important to us, so we use eco-friendly cleaning agents and pay attention to waste sorting. The position requires the ability to work quickly yet with high quality independently under time pressure. Working hours are mainly between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., with shifts on weekdays and weekends. Working hours are partly flexible, making the job suitable for students or those already working part-time. We also require readiness to work during the Christmas weeks. The work begins with an orientation period once a suitable candidate is found, between July and August. The employment is part-time and temporary for the upcoming winter season 2026-2027. It may be extended after the season by mutual agreement.
