Greenery Works Supervisor

We are seeking a greenery works supervisor for SRH Rakennus in Kuopio. The role combines supervisory leadership with hands-on gardening and maintenance work. You will manage maintenance sites, handle work orders, reporting, coordinate additions, and source materials. You will lead gardeners, plan schedules, and may participate in greenery tasks. In contract projects you assist with plant reception, inspection, repotting, sowing, lawns, planting and finishing touches. The role may include landscape design, consultancy, and inspection of outdoor play areas if you have the interest and skills. We require a background in horticulture (e.g., gardener qualification or horticulturist training) and experience in similar tasks. We value organizational ability, initiative and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
