Sales Manager

Lead sales activities for Gold&Green and Mifu plant-based products within Valio's wholesale, Horeca and public sector customer network in Finland. Develop and execute sales plans, monitor actions and campaigns, and engage in proactive new business development. Build relationships with key wholesale customers and restauranteurs, contributing to the growth of the plant-based category and helping customers succeed in their business. Work includes creating and updating customer agreements, regular meetings, and reporting in line with company practices. Collaborate with internal processes and participate in tender processes. The role involves strong commercial drive, negotiation skills, and a solution-oriented approach; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with initiative and decision-making. Reports to sales leadership and collaborates with field sales, sales support, planning and other internal stakeholders. Location: Helsinki, Finland. Employment type: Fixed-term (12 months). Finnish and English language proficiency required.
