Building Exterior Cleaner

StaffMill Oy (https://www.staffmill.fi/) seeks a brisk building exterior cleaner for a fixed-term and full-time position in Lappeenranta. Your duties include cleaning construction-site huts and maintaining the general cleanliness of the construction site. If you have a positive attitude toward work and a desire to keep the work environment safe and clean, this position is for you! Responsibilities include: Cleaning and maintenance of on-site huts. Adherence to construction-site cleanliness classifications and cleaning stages. Dust and waste management and sorting in a construction environment. Management and adherence to site safety regulations and personal protective equipment. Required skills include previous experience in the cleaning field, knowledge of site safety regulations and PPE, knowledge of cleanliness classifications and cleaning stages on construction sites, dust and waste handling and sorting, teamwork and reliability, and Finnish language skills. A valid occupational safety card is required (we assist with obtaining/updating as needed) and a B driver's license with own car is preferred.
