Job description: On a per-shift basis you will have access to varied, responsible tasks that may include assessing care needs, delivering care and monitoring. Work sites vary from assisted living to home care, health centers and hospitals. In assisted living you work with individuals requiring special support, providing care and daily living assistance. In home care you provide care and support at the client’s home, such as medication administration, help with hygiene and wound care. In health centers and clinics you perform primary health care, first aid, procedures and tests depending on the environment. In palliative care you ensure high-quality implementation of care. The job requires: a Lähihoitaja qualification and Valvira registration; good Finnish language skills (spoken and written); B-class driving license for home care; medication licenses are a plus; vaccination in line with Infectious Diseases Act; gig work offers a great opportunity to develop your skills and work in a flexible way.
