CNC machinist

Wellpack is seeking a qualified CNC machinist for their shop in Karkkila, Western Uusimaa. The position is a fixed-term contract with a possibility of permanent employment. The pay is approximately 15–22 EUR per hour depending on skills and experience. The job involves setting up CNC machines, machining components, and ensuring production quality. Tasks include reading technical drawings, using handheld measuring tools, loading work, and adjusting and optimizing batches during production. Modern vertical and horizontal milling centers, NC lathes, NC milling machines and other modern manufacturing equipment are used. The role offers varied turning/milling tasks and an opportunity to develop skills in a versatile production environment. Work is in two shifts from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Start date is immediate as per agreement. Requirements include previous CNC machining experience, ability to read technical drawings, experience with measuring instruments, ability to make necessary adjustments independently, careful and responsible work ethic, Finnish or English language skills, and a driving license.
