CNC Machinist

We are seeking skilled CNC machinists for permanent, long-term positions in the Pirkanmaa region. The role involves running CNC machines (e.g., Mazak three-axis milling machines, horizontal lathes, five-axis machining centers) and manually operated machines. Tasks include programming and editing programs (Mazatrol, Mastercam, CAD/CAM), setting up fixtures and clamping devices, tool offsetting, measurements and quality assurance, and handling small batches as well as heavier parts. The work is primarily shift-based (2–3 shifts) depending on the task. Requirements include: a technical education in the field and some experience with machining centers; familiarity with Mazak, Siemens and/or Heidenhain controls; Mastercam or other CAD/CAM experience; experience with settings, tool offsets and metrology; ability to read technical drawings; precise and proactive work style; willingness to work shifts. For the manual machining track: prior manual machining experience; ability to read drawings; good physical condition and attention to detail; ability to work independently and in a team.
