Project Executive, New York, NY. We are actively looking for an experienced Project Executive in New York who has experience of working across the commercial real estate space. Specifically looking to engage and have conversations with Project Executives with 10 - 15 years of hands-on experience and have had exposure of working on a range of commercial building project types and values. We anticipate you will naturally have excellent financial & budgeting skills, be a great communicator, and thrive working on high value complex building projects. Applicants will need to hold a relevant and industry recognised qualification (degree). As a Project Executive you will be tasked with ensuring that projects run smoothly, on time, and in budget and highlight and report on risks and problems. The focus of the role as a Project Executive is to lead on financials (budgets, forecasts cash flow etc). Candidates with a history of working in a similar role is essential. Other required skills include experience of carrying out site visits keeping standards high, liaising with the wider team and third parties. On offer will a competitive salary in the region of c$175,000 - c$225,000 pa pa plus a benefits package including Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, 401(k) matching, Parental Leave, Professional Development Assistance.
