Enersense Engineering is currently seeking CSA project managers to support our clients' data center projects at various sites across Finland. The positions are permanent, and the role will start as soon as possible. As a CSA project manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive execution of data center construction projects, including earthworks, structural work, and architectural tasks (CSA). The role covers scope, schedule, costs, quality, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring successful project delivery in a fast-paced and critical environment. Responsibilities: Manage the execution of the CSA work package from design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover; Oversee the overall CSA delivery, including schedule, costs, quality, and safety; Develop, monitor, and guide the project schedule in collaboration with designers and other disciplines; Track costs, manage budgets, and handle changes and additional work within the CSA scope; Coordinate closely with MEP teams, designers, consultants, and client representatives to ensure smooth integration; Act as a key contact for clients, consultants, and senior stakeholders, providing regular project updates; Lead contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements and schedules; Resolve technical and on-site issues promptly and systematically; Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental standards; Promote effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in CSA, construction, or project management roles
- Strong experience in executing CSA work packages in large construction projects
- Experience with data centers or other critical facilities is an advantage
- Good understanding of construction processes, work phases, and project lifecycle management
- Proven stakeholder management skills, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Leadership and team management skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Experience in scheduling, planning, and progress reporting
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and demanding project organizations
- Good spoken and written English skills
