Construction Helper

Avoimet työpaikat in Kotka region seeking construction helpers for factory construction projects. The roles involve varied assisting construction tasks on factory sites, including installing insulation, scaffolding and protective coverings, making penetrations, installing doors and coatings. We value candidates with some experience in construction tasks and working with tools, but a proactive attitude is essential. The job starts in July–August with postings extending beyond one year. Requirements include: experience from the construction field; valid occupational safety card (if not held, must be obtained before starting work); good Finnish language skills as the on-site supervisor speaks Finnish; high work ethic and ability to work independently; good social skills and ability to work with people, even in challenging situations.
