Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered primary care across asynchronous and synchronous modalities
- Build strong, longitudinal patient relationships
- Use data and clinical insight to support proactive panel management and improve outcomes
- Proactively contribute to clinical protocols, workflows, or operations
- Communicate with clarity and empathy
- Manage a fast-paced caseload of at least 20 asynchronous cases per day
- Master Sana's clinical platforms and AI-assisted workflows
- Provide physician supervision and clinical support for Advanced Practice Providers
- Collaborate across clinical, product, and operations teams
Requirements
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Currently licensed in Texas; additional active licenses (especially Arizona and California) are a plus
- Available to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time
- At least 3 years of independent outpatient primary care experience after residency
- Telemedicine and/or startup experience is preferred
