Construction Production Supervisor

Seinäjoki-based construction materials manufacturer seeks a supervisor who will handle both leadership duties and assembly tasks. The role involves managing material orders and assembling building modules, through to installation and handover of the final product. The team ranges 3–10 people depending on workload. Leadership is responsible for projects and ensuring completion on schedule. The service area is not restricted; all potential client contacts are studied thoroughly, whether in Finland or abroad. Currently, operations are domestic. Requirements include construction education (RAK. AMK) and hands-on experience in construction supervision and on-site work, plus problem-solving ability and a track record of successful project executions.
