Posti is looking for Guidance Elves for the Santa Claus Main Post Office in Rovaniemi for the Christmas season. In this role, you will provide first-class customer service to a multicultural clientele, ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Your duties include advising and guiding customers and acting as a 'door elf' to manage customer flows and create a unique experience for visitors. You may also assist with other store maintenance tasks. We are looking for a cheerful person with a strong customer service orientation, the ability to react quickly to situations, and a genuine desire to serve customers. You should be able to handle pressure and remain calm and happy during busy periods. It is important that you can embrace the role of an elf, including being photographed and spreading Christmas cheer. Fluent English and Finnish are required due to the international customer base. This is a fixed-term position from December 1, 2026, to January 6, 2027, with a working time of 30 hours per week. Shifts include both weekdays and holidays. Please note that Posti does not provide accommodation in Rovaniemi.
