We are expanding and seeking multiple full-time salespeople to join Synsam stores in Helsinki (Synsam Aleksi, Synsam Kamppi and Synsam Tripla). The role involves helping customers with fashion, style, eye health and lens choices, providing guidance on appearance and vision, and ensuring customers leave the store happy and refreshed. You will combine strong social skills, a commercial mindset, and a proactive, energetic attitude. You will thrive in the world of fashion, style and sales, aiming to exceed expectations. You will deliver excellent customer service, approaching customers, identifying their needs and proposing bold solutions, primarily through our Lifestyle agreement. You will communicate fluently in Finnish, Swedish and English; other languages are a plus. Training is provided if you lack prior industry experience. The position is full-time, roughly 30–37.5 hours per week, with shifts aligning to store hours. The contract is permanent. Start date is to be agreed, with autumn 2026 as a guideline.
