The Safety Coordinator will work to support reporting and risk management for Nevel’s plants, traveling between sites as needed. The role involves maintaining up-to-date information in Gurufield risk management system, visiting facilities to conduct risk analyses and contingency planning in collaboration with site personnel and managers. The incumbent will initially focus on reporting and sharing ideas, with growth opportunities to apply expertise cross-site. Responsibilities include coordinating data and ensuring timely risk assessments; travel to plants for stakeholder meetings; developing risk analyses and contingency plans with colleagues; contributing to a constructive safety culture. We expect suitable higher education (commercial or technical), interest in energy sector safety and risk management, good IT skills and ability to learn new systems, fluent Finnish and English, driving license with preference for own car. Start as soon as possible; contract until end of 2026; 37.5h per week. Salary around €19/hour, depending on experience. Apply through Academic Work.
