The project manager senior manages the preparation, implementation, and sale of residential area projects for YIT. They are responsible for meeting project goals within quality, time, and budget plans, and for managing related risks. They collaborate with the production manager to prepare, manage, and control projects in accordance with contracts and project documentation, respecting construction regulations, standards, and related laws while adhering to costs, schedules, and quality requirements. They coordinate and are responsible for sales and marketing of all assigned projects. They oversee all stages of project documentation, ensure the accuracy of cost and revenue plans, and collaborate with the production manager on the construction supply system, including selecting subcontractors and suppliers, and signing contracts. They approve all development and construction costs and authorize payments of subcontractor invoices. They manage internal construction management activities and coordinate all engineering activities, including obtaining permits, consultations, reports, and communication with authorities and organizations. They coordinate and ensure the accuracy of reporting during project execution, results, and interim reports in line with YIT’s housing process (G1–G5). They propose project team members to the director of housing projects and plan, manage, and evaluate the team’s activities.

Requirements
- University degree: Master’s in architecture, civil engineering, or management
- English language (level): B2
- Legislative knowledge: Construction law, regulations, and standards of Slovakia in the field of construction
- PC and software: Microsoft Office, Autocad
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position
