Touhula Kaivoksela – what kind of day care is ours? Touhula Kaivoksela is an adventure day care in Kaivoksela, Vantaa, located at Aapraminkaari 6, with six groups. The setting is warm and open; the whole house works together and staff wellbeing and stability are valued. Activities happen in small groups, with flexible planning and child-led activities. We are inviting you to join our group and share in a common adventure with children. Your role as a Child Day Care Worker: You are a key part of the team that creates a secure, inspiring, learning-friendly daily life for children. You’ll support children’s growth and learning together with the team, families, and the entire workplace. Main duties include: implementing pedagogy, participating in planning and evaluating high-quality early childhood education; taking responsibility for your own small group and contributing to documentation and learning plan development; ensuring a diverse, safe, and tidy learning environment; building a positive customer experience through open interaction with families. Salary for full-time staff is between €2415.76 and €2712.33 per month, final salary determined by experience and any role- or personal-pay supplements.
