Service Sales Representative

A full‑time B2B sales role within our corporate digital sales team in the financial services sector. You will work with new client acquisition, develop existing accounts, and drive additional sales while ensuring excellent customer experience. You will contact prospective business clients and existing customers, map their needs and risks, and present appropriate insurance solutions along with our services and those of our partners. Multichannel outreach is used; primarily remote channels (phone, online meetings) with on‑site meetings when needed. You’ll work in a team, requiring strong interpersonal skills and willingness to help colleagues. Responsibilities include: new business acquisition from targeted segments; developing existing accounts with upsell; identifying client situations and needs; preparing offers and closing deals; supporting start of client relationships; ongoing account care. Requirements include: enthusiasm to use technology and digital tools; engaging, responsible, and sales‑oriented attitude; strong sales experience, ability to identify client needs and offer compelling solutions; B2B sales experience is a plus; excellent communication skills in spoken and written forms; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment; self‑reliance and willingness to learn; fluent English (spoken and written) and Swedish a plus.
