Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing / growth marketing
- Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (Iterable)
- Channel expertise across email, SMS, push, in-app messaging, and direct mail
- Analytical and data-driven with experience in A/B testing
- Strong process and QA management skills
- Growth mindset with continuous optimization
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration
- Experience leading and growing a team
- Passion for mental health and healthcare innovation
- Target base salary range: $176,500 - $223,000 with equity and benefits
