We are seeking a Special Educator in Early Childhood Education to work at Håkansböle day care, Västersundom preschool and Trollebo day care in Vanda. The unit operates under the Vanda Swedish service area with a vision to grow, play, and learn together for a sustainable future. The role involves expert guidance in early childhood pedagogy, planning, development and evaluation of child support processes, and collaboration with the day care principal, teachers, and multiprofessional teams. You will be expected to consult and coach staff and guardians, and to teach in the child groups. Part-time collaboration and occasional teaching are in focus. The post includes participation in the unit management group and support for developing an inclusive culture.
