Requirements: US law degree and 6+ years post-qualification experience in commercial transactions; in-house tech experience preferred; GDPR/CCPA knowledge; excellent drafting; enterprise negotiations; cloud services understanding; Order Forms/SOW experience. Location: Hybrid NYC or Austin. Compensation: $175k-$210k + equity.

Requirements
- US law degree and qualified to practice as an in-house U.S. attorney
- 6+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial transactions (SaaS, IP licensing, software licensing, product resale, distribution)
- In-house experience in the tech sector; AI company a bonus
- Experience negotiating data processing agreements and enterprise contracts
- Strong drafting, concise writing and communication
- Experience negotiating with enterprise customers
- Understanding of cloud services and professional services contracts
- Experience with Order Forms and Statements of Work
- Ability to work independently and balance business objectives with legal risk
