Resource Childcare Assistant

We are seeking a Resource Childcare Assistant for the Swedish-speaking day care centers Håkansböle and Trollebo in Vanda. The unit’s work is based on the City of Vanda’s Swedish-language service area vision: We grow, play and learn together for a sustainable future, and we nurture an inclusive, safe and sustainable operating culture where the child’s best is always the focus. The role involves supporting children’s everyday care and well‑being, assisting pedagogy across groups, and collaborating with multiprofessional teams to promote an inclusive culture across the unit. Requirements include strong teamwork, safe and respectful communication with children, colleagues and guardians, and responsive interaction based on each child’s needs. We offer a warm, supportive work community, opportunities to develop new ways of working, and a focus on well‑being for both children and adults. The position is fixed-term with a start in August 2026 and a possible extension; full-time hours are required (38 h 15 min per week).
