We are seeking two full-time healthcare assistants for a permanent position in Riihimäki in the assessment team. Start date to be agreed. Duties include ensuring patient hygiene, medication administration, and nutrition, as well as monitoring and supporting the patient’s condition. The role involves rehabilitation-oriented tasks, assisting with daily activities and mobility, and working primarily in a two-shift system. A completed social and health care qualification is required, and registration in the central register of health and social care professionals is mandatory. A valid medication administration permit is required, which can be renewed or obtained at the start of the employment. A driving licence is needed due to travel requirements; car ownership is preferred, though we have some company cars. We value patient-centered care, good teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Prior experience with elderly care is advantageous, but genuine interest in elderly wellbeing and rehabilitation is essential. Applications are welcome; please contact Emilia to apply. Remuneration: base salary 2813.24 €/month, with a possible 3–8% experience-based increase. Annual leave accrual depends on service time. Working time is 38.25 hours per week. Probation is six months. The pay terms follow the SOTE agreement. In-patient and patient-facing duties require vaccination protection under the Infectious Diseases Act and TB clearance.
