We are seeking seasonal waiters for Lapland for the winter season on a fixed-term contract. Our client is looking for waiters to work at guest-facing venues in Lapland, including restaurants, hotels and events, as part of a professional team. The position is with Vision, but the workplace is at the client’s location in Lapland. Duties involve diverse customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, setting tables and ensuring a positive guest experience from start to finish. The Lapland season is fast-paced and days can be busy. You should have good situational awareness, initiative, and the ability to maintain high service levels in busy periods. Work languages are primarily Finnish and English, with Swedish or other language skills considered an asset. Shifts mainly occur in the evenings and on weekends, with daytime shifts possible. The role suits someone who wants to spend the season in Lapland and work actively during the winter. There is potential for longer-term opportunities and we can arrange training and other gig opportunities. We value previous experience in café/restaurant or cashier work, though it is not mandatory. A valid alcohol-handling permit is an advantage. You will be supported with practical guidance at work and from Vision. The pay follows MaRaVa collective agreement: 13.00–18.00 EUR per hour (experience may influence). Flexible hours and accommodation can be arranged through us. You will receive professional gear for every task and strong support to develop your skills and take on more responsibility.
