Sales Assistant

We are currently seeking a cheerful and energetic sales assistant for our Normal store in Kamppi, Helsinki. We offer a permanent employment contract. The role includes morning, evening and intermediate shifts. In this position you play an important role in creating a shopping experience for customers, working with our exciting products, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store. You will provide friendly customer service and handle routine store duties. Normal stores are dynamic environments with a variety of products and customers, and the workday moves at a fast pace in a lively, inspiring and humorous atmosphere. Your duties include prioritising customers to ensure they feel welcome and return, maintaining a high standard of store cleanliness and appealing product displays, serving customers at the till, and opening/closing the store. We value independent and efficient work, customer service in Finnish (English/Russian knowledge welcomed), and a willingness to build appealing displays.
