Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking an Early Childhood Education Teacher for Aurinkokiven day care in Vantaa to work with 3–5 year old children in a temporary contract until 31 August 2026 or as agreed, potentially until 13 January 2027. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, developing and evaluating the daily learning environment and cultural activity of your group in accordance with the Vantaa early childhood education and pre-school plan and unit plan, in collaboration with other staff. You will work in multi-professional collaboration and contribute to a warm, inclusive and engaging atmosphere. You will have opportunities to participate in unit leadership meetings and to work with an extensive support network within the unit. We follow the municipal collective agreement OVTES for terms of employment. The salary is 3129.46–3234.53 EUR per month; an additional monthly allowance applies for certain qualifications (EUR 15 for education degree, EUR 37.88 for Master’s degree) and experience-based increments of 3–8%.
