Cleaners for the food industry

We are looking for four cleaners with cleaning experience to join our team to perform cleaning duties in a food industry production environment in Kotka. The work involves cleaning factory production areas, equipment, machines and tools. Cleaning is mainly performed using dry methods, with foam and pressure washing methods used occasionally. Maintaining high hygiene is essential to the continuity of food industry production. The work is active and physically demanding, with a lot of movement and varying conditions, from warm to cool. You will receive thorough onboarding to your duties. This job suits you if you enjoy moving work and consider physical activity a natural part of your tasks. You will also meet our clients' staff in daily work, so good customer service skills and a sunny attitude support your success. You will use protective equipment provided by the employer and client and follow hygiene guidelines. There are also various cleaning machines in use, and you will be trained on their operation. Employment type: Permanent, Full-time. Start date: 1.11.2026. Working hours: Mon–Sat morning and evening shifts according to the duty roster. Weekly hours: 37.5 h/w. Language: Finnish language proficiency is required for safety and smooth onboarding. We expect: being of legal age, good physical condition, work experience in the cleaning field (possibly in the food industry), valid occupational safety card and hygiene passport or willingness to obtain them before starting, willingness to work morning and evening shifts with variable length, a sunny customer-service attitude and enthusiasm for duties, good Finnish language skills.
