We are seeking four experienced cleaners to join our service team for cleaning duties in a food industry factory in Kotka. The work includes washing production facilities, equipment, machines and tools. Cleaning is primarily performed using dry methods, with some foam and pressure washing. Maintaining a high level of hygiene is essential to the continuity of food production. The job is active and physically demanding, with a lot of movement and varying conditions, from warm to cool. We provide thorough training for your tasks. This job suits you if you enjoy mobile work and find physical activity a natural part of your duties. You will also meet our clients’ staff in daily work, so good customer service skills and a sunny attitude support success in tasks. You will use employer and client protective equipment and follow high hygiene guidelines. Different cleaning machines are in use, and training will be provided on their operation. Type of employment: Permanent, Full-time. Start date: 1.11.2026. Working hours: Mon–Sat morning and evening shifts according to the duty roster. Weekly hours: 37.5 h/week. Language requirement: Finnish language proficiency for safety and smooth onboarding. We look for: being of legal age, good physical condition, cleaning industry experience (possibly from the food industry), cleaning safety card and hygiene pass (or willingness to obtain them before starting), willingness to work day and evening shifts with varying length, positive customer service attitude and energetic approach to duties, good Finnish skills. Salary (13.22 €/h) in accordance with TES for building cleaning workers; pay grade taking into account the job’s requirements plus evening shift allowance.
