Construction Laborer

Open applications for construction workers in the Turku area. Bolt.Works is seeking energetic and motivated construction laborers for varied on-site assignments on short or longer-term projects. Selected candidates will be interviewed through this order and assigned to diverse tasks according to client needs. The role offers a chance to learn and develop in the construction field, and to work as part of a professional team. The job is physically active with a variety of duties, including site cleaning, installation help, simple construction tasks, and material handling. We welcome applicants who enjoy hands-on work and being active. Requirements include good Finnish language skills, a proactive attitude, willingness to work in a team, and a valid safety card and “Valttikortti” are beneficial but not mandatory (we can assist with obtaining them). Previous experience on a construction site or related education is a plus.
