Property Maintenance Worker

We are looking for a property maintenance worker in Hetta for permanent, full-time employment, 112.5 hours per three weeks (Marates). The work starts as soon as possible or by agreement. The work is carried out at the Lapland Hotels Hetta hotel site. LAPLAND HOTELS HETTA – BY THE BEAUTIFUL OUNASJÄRVI LAKE Lapland Hotels Hetta is a peaceful hotel popular with conference guests and people who enjoy outdoor activities, in the village centre of Enontekiö in Hetta. After a day outdoors, guests can relax in the hotel’s inviting sauna and pool area and enjoy northern flavours in the restaurant, whose tables offer magnificent views of Lake Ounasjärvi and Pyhäkerro. Extensive wilderness areas with hiking trails, a comprehensive network of ski tracks and snowmobile routes offer opportunities for exercise all year round. Key duties • Daily maintenance tasks according to the maintenance programme • Monthly tests / specified monthly tasks • Independently handling fault reports and service requests • Manual snow removal and gritting • Ensuring that property inspections in your area and partner maintenance are up to date • Acting as the person responsible for the properties • Maintenance repairs according to the annual calendar Knowledge and skills needed for the role • Educational background in construction, property maintenance, HVAC, electrical engineering, automation technology, fire safety technology or another technical field • You will do well in the role if you are observant and proactive • You are a good person and a constructive team member.
