Hotel Receptionist

We are looking for a customer-oriented and energetic employee for a hotel reception. In this role, you are an important part of the guests' hotel experience and ensure that their visit goes as smoothly as possible from beginning to end. Your duties include, for example: – welcoming guests and checking them out – handling reservations and advising customers – answering guests' questions and resolving problems – providing customer service by phone and email – cooperating with housekeeping and other hotel staff – other tasks related to the hotel's daily operations. The work includes morning, evening and weekend shifts, so readiness to work shifts is required. What do we expect from you? You are friendly, proactive and reliable. You enjoy being around people and can remain calm even in busy situations. Previous experience in the hotel industry or customer service is essential. Finnish and English language skills are important for the role. Other language skills are considered an advantage. What do we offer?
