Dairy and Cheese Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Department Manager for a permanent position at K-Supermarket Mäntyharju. The store is a versatile, active supermarket that participates in seasonal sales. Located in the center of Mäntyharju, near the railway station and the market square, we emphasise customer service, good shop condition and a can-do spirit. In addition to your own area, you may work in other store tasks such as at the checkout or in other departments. We work at a brisk pace but in a relaxed and enjoyable group. Our core is to ease customers’ everyday life and provide high-quality service. Your responsibilities as a Department Manager include customer service, placing orders, unloading, assortment management, setting up displays, ensuring shelf availability and store condition, and other store duties. We value accountability and an efficient, careful work approach. Your role as Department Manager is crucial to a successful shopping visit for the customer.
