Resource Teacher

This vacancy is for a full-time hourly teacher and resource teacher at Martinlaakso School, a 1–9 comprehensive school in Vantaa with approximately 1000 students and about 130 adults. The role primarily involves simultaneous and differentiated instruction for lower grades (3–6) and includes some teaching hours for upper grades in health education and home economics. The school aims to be pedagogically cohesive across all ages and emphasizes a collaborative working culture with a modern facility and up-to-date teaching tools. The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary and supportive staff, participate in ProKoulu activities, and commit to the school’s values. We value experience in simultaneous and differentiated teaching, flexibility, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, and the ability to plan and organize one’s own work.
