Property Maintenance Specialist

We are now looking for a property maintenance specialist in Helsinki who is in the final stages of their studies or a recent graduate and proficient in Swedish. As a property maintenance specialist, the tasks relate especially to technical property management services and our own property management software, Granlund Manager. In your work, you will produce, for example, digital property data management services for our customers, prepare maintenance plans and reports in the Granlund Manager system, and coordinate maintenance plans and maintenance books. Projects related to the implementation of the system will also come your way. You will have continuous clients, such as industrial operators, wellbeing services counties, public sector operators and other property owners, for whom you will carry out projects. Some of the customers are located in Sweden and you will carry out these projects in Swedish. Your job role will be shaped according to your expertise and interests, and in this position you can advance your career either on the specialist path or to project manager positions. Together we will ensure that the overall picture feels meaningful and exciting to you. In our team, seven property maintenance specialists work whose roles emphasize both expert work and sales work. All team members perform similar tasks as the person being sought. Your team members will introduce you to your role and support you in your tasks. No one is left alone and in our team we work seriously, but with a twinkle in the eye. We work flexibly remotely and at Granlund's head office in Malmi, Helsinki. We encourage regular face-to-face meetings, and we meet with the team at the office at least once a week. About your salary: the salary level in this position is €2,600-3,600/month. This is affected by your expertise as well as the correspondence of your profile and potential to what we are looking for. Could you be the expert we are looking for? You are in the final stages of your studies or a recent graduate (Bachelor/Master). Your studies have a direction supporting the property industry, e.g., HVAC, electrical or energy engineer, property or energy management. Use and experience of property information systems as well as understanding of property management processes and property maintenance are considered an advantage. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is mandatory. In terms of working style, you are self-motivated, service-minded and active, you have good interaction and teamwork skills and are interested in knowledge work. In this position, you need fluent oral and written skills in both Finnish and Swedish, as the majority of your customers are Swedish-speaking. English language skills are considered an advantage.
