We are now looking for an Automation Engineer to Espoo. In this role you will comprehensively design automation systems and PLC programming, from requirement definitions to hardware selections, software architecture design and implementation, testing and commissioning. Projects span multiple industries and your work may involve marine or defense industries, manufacturing equipment, or mobile equipment. Programming is done using modern practices with tools such as Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff and CODESYS. Our automation team is growing fast, so you will have the opportunity to take broader responsibility in projects and in the team. We are looking for a person with strong experience in industrial and machine automation. We expect: a suitable technical university degree (e.g., automation engineering AMK/DI); experience with industrial automation systems and PLC programming; autonomous and solution-oriented working style and ability to take responsibility for own projects; good communication and collaboration skills in English.
